It really was a star studded evening on Saturday night, when the Queen, One Direction and McFly made guest appearances at our Quiz Night!
Thank you to everyone that came along to join in the fun, we really had a giggle! The overall theme of the evening was 'Best of British' and we wracked our brains trying to match famous faces to their names, remember historical dates, guess song intros and test our 'mathletic' abilities.
No eye dear were the champions of the evening, taking away the very impressive winners' trophies, while the Wistful Thinkers took home the coveted FOLM wooden spoons.
Charleigh won the Standon Calling tickets in the raffle, Caroline the Penny's Cupcake Voucher and Mrs McCulloch the Libby's Market Place Charm set.
These events can't happen without the very generous people who support FOLM. A HUGE thank you to those who very kindly donated raffle prizes: Penny (Penny's Cupcakes), Libby (Libby's Market Place) and the organisers of Standon Calling. Thank you Gemma from our local pub, The Boot, who generously lent us glassware for the evening.
