Children young and old enjoyed a magical evening at the Dane End Christmas Farm last night visiting Father Christmas himself in his enchanting grotto.
It was a great opportunity to kick of the festive season and we were so pleased to be able to offer this to local children, especially since Santa wasn’t able to visit last year due to the pandemic. The Dane End Christmas tree farm provided the perfect festive setting with their gorgeous trees and beautiful Christmas decorations. Santa’s grotto looked charming and Father Christmas was so eager to meet the excited, chatty little visitors!
And what are the most popular present requests this year? Technology? Toys? Actually, the elves report that the children are globally minded this year, with popular requests including an end to global warming and for people to be kind to each other. And quite frankly, we couldn't be prouder. Our kids really are the best! Santa also really appreciated the young man who shook hands and said “it’s a pleasure doing business with you!”
A big thank you to the Dane End Christmas Tree Farm for having us, Father Christmas for making a special trip Dane End, and to the beautiful elves (and their husbands!) for organising and making the event run smoothly.
